Location is near subway station and easy to find Very thoughtful as they gave hot pack for free Staff response is quite fast
Not soundproof The bed is near the window so it's quite cold even though heater already on Wish in the bathroom there is hanger to hang clothes

good localisation and reasonable price if you do not demand the best conditions
nice localisation and very reasonable price - for me it was the most important - quite good contact with the owner - it is a good place if you want to sleep there and spend all time outdoors - metro nearby and Gwangjang Market within walking distance, what means you can eat sth. all the time - early in the morning and late at night - and these are all advantages
disadvantages; it was very cold - ok, it was really cold outside during our visit in Seoul, but during all four days we were not able to heat the room, which was a problem at night, we asked the owner for help, we were doing everything as we were said, but still it was cold, shower head was broken, and last day WC was blocked, small towels (probably in Korea it is like this that you are given small towels - in this place we had unlimited numbers of them, but after having a shower it would be nice to use one, but a big one)
